Shareholders

Dick is the managing shareholder with an emphasis in tax matters, audit, and computer assistance. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and was an associate with Deloitte & Touche (Greenville) as well as a local CPA firm in Greenville. Dick joined the firm in November 1984, and became a shareholder in December 1985.

Sandi is a shareholder with an emphasis in tax matters. She is a graduate of Bob Jones University and was an associate of Deloitte & Touche (Greenville) as well as a regional CPA firm in Greenville. Sandi also has private industry experience, rejoined PSBK in February 1995, and became a shareholder in December 2003.

Richard is a shareholder with an emphasis in audit and controllership services. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada. Richard joined PSBK in June 1996 and became a shareholder in December 2003.
